A Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary by qualification, his vision of bringing all financial services under one roof is what has made the group achieve so much in the last 35 years. An avid cricket fan, he also enjoys yoga in his free time.

He is the co-founder of the group having over 40 years of rich experience in finance, M&A and taxation. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, he is a calculated risk-taker with deep industry knowledge and heads the Corporate Strategy, Finance and Risk verticals of the Group. He is an avid reader and loves to watch movies to unwind.

An engineer and an MBA, he has over 30 years of experience in capital markets & corporate finance and runs the Portfolio Management and Merchant Banking verticals for the Group. His expertise includes general business management and IT systems and solutions. An angel investor, he is a philanthropist and is attached to a lot of NGOs.

He heads the secondary market operations for the group. He has spent over 30 years with the organization embracing the core values of integrity, growth, and innovation and has ensured streamlined processes and increased performance for the business. He believes mindfulness in the workplace is key to success- a tenet he lives out through his interests in yoga, meditation, nature trails and reading.

He is a veteran in the Investment Banking and Institutional Broking business. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has over 32 years of rich experience in financial markets. His eye for detail comes from his interests in delving deep into data and forensic audit. His other interests lie in traveling and in his coffee tasting sessions.

He is a seasoned MBA and CFA® charterholder looking after the strategic initiatives of the Group. He has prior experience in equity research and in proprietary trading desk. He brings abundant energy and dedication to work. He is a foodie, loves Italian food and is a history buff.

He is involved in key decision making for the organisation. He takes care of the Sales vertical and was instrumental in developing prop desk for the Group. Nothing satisfies him more than meeting new people, developing relationships and solving problems. In addition to being a positioning Chartered Accountant, he is also a bundle of energy, an avid football fan, his team loves him as he does the proxy workout for them too.

He joined Master Insurance Brokers Ltd. in the year 2002 & in his journey of 21 years in the Insurance Department, he has achieved remarkable success. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce & a Company Secretary and he has an impressive 42 years of professional experience. His expertise lies in Accounting, Finance & the Insurance sector. He is a visionary & he aims at establishing unwavering trust among clients in the financial world. Apart from being great in his field, he enjoys playing cricket & diligently stays informed about political scenarios unfolding worldwide.

He is part of the Retail Broking business of the organisation. Having worked with the leading broking houses, his success in the business stems from his depth and understanding of the industry. Apart from having an extensive portfolio of accomplishments, he is also a yoga enthusiast and an avid reader.

He is associated with the organisation for over 28 years. He looks after the prop desk and is heading the back-office operations. He inherently understands that growth comes through continuous efforts and is driven by unrelenting pursuit of achieving more in terms of productivity and cost efficiency with customer-driven ideals in mind.

He drives customer-centricity across sales, implementation, support and success thereof. He brings over 25 years’ expertise of secondary market operations.

He is a qualified CWA and has contributed immensely in building systems in all departments of the organization in the last 21 years. He is important member in core coordination team for Compliance, Risk Management and Back office operations of the company. He also leads HNI business development team.
